Clean score measures directional efficiency, straightness over time, even tick steps, and reversals. Clean moves rank before steady moves, then volatile moves. Higher current or recent activity promotes comparable moves within each group; rank updates every second.

How the ranking works

Each instrument is observed continuously from its first received tick after the session opens. The selected recent path can begin at any time during the session. At least 5 price changes spanning 2 seconds are needed; flat repeated packets do not count.

Path efficiency is absolute net movement divided by total absolute movement. Backtrack is movement against the net direction divided by total movement. A time-line fit and step regularity penalise zigzags and single jumps. The native clean score stays unchanged. Activity above the median in the same cleanliness group can add up to 25% to its ranking priority; busy volatile ticks cannot overtake a clean or steady group merely by count.

Activity uses the larger of current path changes and server-observed price changes during the last 3 minutes. Recent counter changes include ranging before the clean move. Observed coverage is shown explicitly; activity is collected even while this page is closed; service starts and gaps over 20 seconds reset activity observation. The 3-minute window expires the activity boost, not an older clean move that is still fresh and clean.

A new opposite leg changes its bull/bear tag after 5 consecutive price changes over at least 2 seconds. Recent choppiness still penalises its score while the new direction establishes itself.

Prices must have a packet within 20 seconds and a price change within 20 seconds. Exchange timestamps are used when supplied; otherwise the row explicitly shows receipt-time tracking, with exchange time unavailable. Gaps over 20 seconds reset the current path. Up to 1,024 price observations per instrument are retained; shortened coverage is labelled.

NSE stocks, indices and NFO futures begin at 09:15 IST; MCX futures begin at 09:00 IST. A midday service start is labelled by its actual first observation and does not invent opening ticks. The page reads the existing relay and sends no orders.
